Recommendation: Before using the Bioceramic™ or non-stick coated air fryer for the first time, cover the surface of the basket with vegetable oil. Place the basket in place. Turn the air fryer on full power for 5-10 minutes. Then turn off and let cool completely. Finally, with a soft cloth, wash the basket with hot, dry water. Now your air fryer is cured and ready to use.
